MY TIPS - SAINT PETERSBURG, RUSSIA
- My Tips - Saint Petersburg start with the countless bridges that are raised at night to allow merchant ships to pass. They open every night at different times between 1.30 and 2.45 am and, those who stay in one part of the city, then cannot pass through the other until 5 in the morning
- From the top of the Basilica of Saint Isaac you can enjoy an excellent view of the city, it is worth climbing up there at sunset
- The Church of the Holy Blood of Christ is beautiful, in full Russian style, and has nothing to envy to Saint Basil in Moscow
- The Ziferblat Cafè was a beautiful place full of sofas and tables in the centre, where you paid only for the time spent there and tea, coffee and biscuits were free. Today is unfortunately closed, I hope they open another because it is worth it!
- If you want to take a trip out of town, don't miss Peterhof, the palace of Peter the Great, overlooking the Gulf of Finland
